Very Spacious land which can be used for parking or playing any games. Very large descent spacious and clean rooms. queen or king size beds in all 4 bed rooms. fully equiped kitchen in both floors. including fridge, washing machine, gas stove, etc. very nice and large living rooms. iron box, table, etc Was a good stay overall. From main road its walkable. Its walkable to many restaurents or shops nearby. And big shops like newton are within 1km. good pure veg and non veg restaurents are nearby.

Top floor one room AC not worked. Even though owner sent the technicians, still did not work for 3 days. Top floor bathroom tap water runs slowly some times, when needed urgently it was difficult. Saw a centipede in ground floor bathroom.Late check in was not very comfortable, even though owner arranged neighbour, it was not very pleasent. Even though top floor bed is large one bed was making noise when we turn aside. Even though beach is walkable, not very suitable for small kids. There is no proper road to beach and its very narrow and dark path towards beach and scary in night. dogs also there on the narrow path. The accesable beach is also not so great. means its not shallow beach which you get.

Great property with a lot of place around. we were two families and we had a nice very nice stay. This property is adjacent to all restaurants and very near to calangunte beach

Identification of property is little difficult as there is no board around. But the contact number given by the owner did help

The location of the property is worth mentioning. It's away from the crowd on the main road and walkable to the beach. Parking was an important criteria for our group as we were travelling on big motorbikes and this property did have sufficient parking. Overall a great experience of staying at Casa Arvana.
