People was friendly en view beautiful. Place was clean and enough space.. Always felt welcome.

A few items missing...mittens for oven/braai.. Maybe an umbrella for the sun....to see the sun set...sun is directly in your eyes, or sitting on the veranda.

Beautifully presented. Comfortable beds, fabulous views excellent staff ( thank you Julia) . Everything you may want is there. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip. The whole place felt secure. The owner couldn’t have been more pleasant. Over all a really great stay

Our family's experience at Perhethian was exceptional. The host's hospitality was outstanding, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our stay. The property offered a variety of activities that kept our kids entertained and engaged, which was a huge plus for us. The self-catering facilities were excellent, with a fully-equipped kitchen allowing us to comfortably prepare our own meals. This added a homely feel to our stay. Our accommodation was cozy, clean, and perfect for a family, ensuring a restful experience. Perhethian's location also provided easy access to local attractions, enhancing our holiday experience. I loved everything about this property. It is a two bedroom with two en-suite bathrooms (both showers, no bath). It has a open plan living room and kitchen. For bigger groups the living room is converted into another bedroom which ends up giving you 3 places to sleep in. The pool is very cozy, and accessible to guests. The host lives on the premises but you hardly feel it as the accommodation portion is somewhat excluded and grants you the privacy you need. There’s a lovely braai area with a patio overlooking the pool and the beautiful ocean. In that area there’s an awesome toy box filled with toys for the little ones. I was traveling with family and a 3 year old. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed using the toy box while my boys were always by the pool. There’s Wifi but the speed is not too great, however it didn’t prohibit me from connecting to my work VPN, so it’s not entirely bad. Then there’s the host, Tilla. What an amazing soul… She is super friendly, she checked up on us daily and provided advise on what can be done around Gordon’s Bay. She borrowed us some sand toys to take to the beach. She is super friendly and extremely kind. Ohhhhh and there’s an ongoing theme in the house. One of the rooms has a beautiful wallpaper of what appears to be a Barbour, then there’s Egyptian art, there’s also my favorite - a cape that takes you back to your Harry Potter reading world. I would definitely recommend the place.

My only issue is beyond anyone’s control. For some reason during our stay the taps would run dry in th evenings. I am not sure if it was a municipal thing Tilla does however provide you with a water dispenser and fridge water. Just make sure you bath before it hits that 9pm mark. But either than that there’s nothing that I didn’t like.

Amazing views with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean and mountain ranges. Very clean and neat house, with daily cleaning. Just Good! Morning coffee on the bench, taking in the reality of just how beautiful it is. Our host Tilla was kind, generous, and very friedly, always ready to help, even cuddling with our dogs on her bed if we went to town, the Best host Ever!!
