We did not end up staying there due to a number of reasons.

Access to the property is down a very narrow road, we could not turn around and had to back up with not much space on either side of the car. A car had been broken into the night before we were to stay there. The path (80m) from the car park was a narrow track difficult if you had large luggage. When we went inside the property there had a very damp smell that made it difficult to breath. The bedroom door to outside/ window could not be opened.

-Excellent sea view -Well-functioning air conditioning -Nearby hiking trail (approx. 300 m) -Easy check-in

-Lack of water pressure, meaning that showering or using the dishwasher was not possible most of the time. -Upon arrival, the trash had not been emptied and the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. Considering that an additional cleaning fee is charged on top of the already above-average price, this is rather unsatisfactory. -In our opinion, the house could do with a little more care and attention. Unfortunately, the garden was also unkempt and there were various issues inside the house (a large crack in the shower floor, a broken light, a window shutter in the bedroom that cannot be opened, a broken panel on the dishwasher, etc.). For the asking price, regular maintenance should be included. -The washing machine listed in the description was missing. -The internet connection did not work during the first two days.

Absolutely stunning views from the balcony! Beautiful place to watch the sunset and share a bottle of wine.

I wouldn't call it walkable to Corniglia; it's multiple kilometers up a steep hill on a narrow road with no footpath. I was very glad we had a car to drive down and park.

Such a beautiful place, with great host. An absolute gem of a location on the blue trail, we would happily come back.

It had good views. Bed was comfy. Being near the blue trail was interesting.

With a property this far from anything, a transfer to and from the train should be included. It is not a 2 bedroom as post says- it has 2beds. Not the same. Couch and kitchen chairs cushions were stained. Outdoor area was a bit overgrown and buggy. While views weee lie key the 2 neighbors are on top of you. Being close to the blue trail was fine but the location actually pins you in…. if you want to hike the whole length of the hiking trail in the 5 towns this place is not the best location.
