The road from the eagle gates to the cottage . Bit of a white knuckle ride as road looks like it had suffered a lot of winter water damage . Road from the other gate to the cottage was fine do used that.

LVGBWe like the remoteness yet it is only ten minutes away from the nearest town and two big supermarkets. The house was so comfortable and heart warming. I even managed to get to sleep no bother. When in a different bed it can take me a couple of nights to sleep in a strange bed. I did not have this problem at all here. Also if I could have taken the shower home with me, I would have. It was amazing.

GBA fabulous location with great views. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped. Delightfully quiet with great wildlife spots possible. Fascinating history of the old estate house nearby. Would love to return.
Found the hob a bit difficult to use but really, a minor inconvenience, nothing more

AUGBLovely cottage with stunning countryside views. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed breakfast at the Bistro.
Track up to cottage needs some attention, lots of ruts and potholes. Not a great exit out of main gate, as on a corner and can't see traffic coming on main road at speed. Perhaps a mirror on other side of road might help.

it's quite a dated property but all amenities were perfect think it could just be updated which would make it then great value for money
