Holiday Villas of Davenport

We liked the size of the property, the area is a gated community and it’s safe, it’s got everything we needed and more

The beds are squeaky and uncomfortable, the WiFi is slow but useable

The houae needs a better cleaning Pool was dirty n jacuzzi not working

Ants all around ground floor, kitchen bedroom bathroom..bathrooms have major problems with toilets, one needed repairing while we were there, others we used plunger we found in garage..items listed not at house ironing board cot high chair as there was a two year old with us we expected them..cookware lack of in kitchen, oven takes hours to heat..Bed was broken in Disney room..Stains on carpets..Patio door handle to pool needed to be repaired. first floor bathroom extractor fan very noisy, front on ice maker in fridge is broken..electric socket in ground floor bathroom was coming away from the wall.. Lots of homeless people camped at Siesta Largo Drive. Also Kissimmee was not the area we expected to stay in. As you stated at the top of the review we expected Davenport..

The location was a little further out than expected based on the website description of the address.
