Please note as a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official identification before arrival, to send the arrival details, guests only have to show their full name and photo. Please note your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your yard to monitor the previous point. Please note upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
