Everything had been catered for, clean, comfortable, nothing negative to say

Absolutely lovely cottage and lovely area I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

The location is perfect for local connections and bus routes and walking. The accommodation has everything you need: a dishwasher, washing machine even central heating. Lovely and clean and a little back patio area with seating

It's not far from the beach ..

Too many things to list..a few points I'm retired and have never given a bad review in my life before but here goes The biggest problem is safety Both the terraced house and the neighborhood are a crime or accident waiting to happen.. .. it's an impoverished area of a generally very poor town.. lots of broken glass and rubbish in the street all the time . We cleared some broken sheet glass after 4 days..locals not bothering there are many unsavoury characters in the streets even before the refugee barge is filled The stairs would not be building regulations compliant if built now You are forced to fit the stairgate... that doesn't fit well..to stop the dog going up stairs it's a miracle if you don't break your neck .. evidently there was an electric cable downstairs that my dog chewed..I didn't see it but she could have been killed The hot water is terrible..half an hour to fill the bath. Cannot run two taps at once The hosts are highly inconsiderate.. see below. £170 per night for a couple is bad value . They asked for more for a dog when the information in the property does not mention the charge and the website doesn't highlight it either We had the parking permit stolen in Penny Street whilst unloading and the hosts were really inconsiderate . Asked us to pay for it and no replacement for the remainder of the stay .a big nuisance as the parking is very bad in Weymouth even with a permit

Nothing just a bit of a walk to town

The property was exceptionally clean. Perfect location - short walk to the sea front. Not being able to park outside property was not a bother. Only a short walk to car park.

Location near to beach. Comfortable bedrooms. Very clean and tidy

TV signal was not very good. Ice cube trays would have been welcome.

Although only a short walk from the seafront and the station area, the cottage was quiet and cosy. The overall facilities were excellent. It is on street parking but given we weren’t in a hurry to get out in the morning and returned before 5 most days we had no problem finding a space opposite.

My elderly mother was nervous of using the bathroom at night as there were 2 steps down from the landing and another step up to reach it. Not a problem for me but worth noting that this is the situation.
