Cosy 3-bedroom house, stones throw to beach

Location great.

The Carpet was very worn. Mattresses could do with replacing. For cooking in, a big bowl would have been good to have.

a deep clean required. The property has potential to be a great rental. Attention to details required inside and out in the small garden. A real shame

Beds super cosy , clean , easy to find

Great location easy parking, lovely welcome pack on arrival, free wi-fi, plenty of clean towels. Only stayed the night but everything there for a longer stay.

Needs a little TLC obviously some issues with peeling paint on the walls in some areas. An old property but if like us you just need a bed for the night it was perfect.

The house was in a fantastic location close to the railway station, the town and the beach. A few things that were disappointing, the living room window needs a blind on as people walking past look straight in,the bin wasn't emptied and had some food in it and there wasn't any spare toilet rolls.Some if the mattress protectors were stained.

The house is not very fancy but it had everything we wanted, clean and comfortable and close to the beach.

Booking was very easy. Host gave us all the information required for our stay in plenty of time and with concise instructions for anything we may need. This is the third time using this accommodation and we have never been disappointed

Could do with abit of TLC, needs abit of paint, and bathroom needs a good clean, blinds, tiles etc
