Cosy 3-bedroom house, stones throw to beach

Very nice little house the location with excellent for the shops in the beach not too far for us to walk lovely garden and lots of thing made it lovely

There was no nets or blind on the front window so as people walk by was looking in

Super close to the seaside and the train station. 3 minutes on foot, and also close to many supermarkets. Very nice bedrooms, and comfortable. We needed to check earlier and the owner let us know us soon as the cleaners were done, and sent us the code. Communication with owners through app was very good and quick.

There was a slight smell of dump in the entrance due to the leak from next door. The owners did warn us about this and this is going to be repaired. There were a couple of minor repair things. We told the owners about this and they said they would get them looked at.

Good there was dining space and a courtyard and very close to the beach. Towels were nice and shower worked well.

It was bit tired think needs bit of revamp. Beds hurt our backs the sofas were ruined we think. Also very limited cleaning bits. No non slip mat in Bath would been good. Also the bog brush was broken.no additional bin bags but we made do.

Location to beach was excellent. Kitchen facilities good except for opened, half eaten packets of crisps in cupboard. Lovely to have bottled water & wine plus dish washing necessities provided & toilet rolls.

The stairs were very steep especially going up to top bedrooms. The spiral made it even more difficult to top floor.

Hosts excellent communication. It was near sea front.

It is in a good location but ‘dodgy’ area, we were worried about leaving our golf clubs in car etc… The house is spacious but so tired … flaking damp walls and paintwork, mould in bathroom. House was not clean. Rectified by another company hoovering whilst we were present. Our folded towels in bedroom were more than damp? Lavatory seat dirty? Little terrace could be lovely but neglected.
