Staying in Kala Nera was a really unique and amazing experience. Congratulations Irini for the hospitality, communication with the guests, all help and instructions she gave. Generally, congratulations for she's responsibility and friendly attention to guests to feel as they are at home. Irini's cottage is a huge, very peaceful area with olive trees and different fruits. In the middle is the house. In front of the house is a table with chairs and under natural shade. Under olive shades you can find a lot of parking space. Nearby is barbeque. A water fountain is also present outside, space for children play etc. Inside, the house is fully equipped for owners to come and take some rest and enjoy. We had everything we needed and more than that. As a present, Irini left us olive oil, eggs, bread, compote, coffee machine cartridges etc. Everything is protected from insects intruding. Very often, Irini was messaging us with questions "do you need something", or "is something missing". We really felt like we were living in a close relative's house. We were really enjoying it there and will try to go there again. Thank you Irini 🙏🙏🙏.

The garden of the house is amazing - it keeps the shadow during the hot days and gives a lot of privacy.

Well maintained and very large! Assortment of plants and fruit trees on the property and a lovely shaded outdoor patio. We didn’t use the outside grill but it looked in great shape. The cottage itself is very clean and open, has two air conditioners and separate bedrooms - perfect for us and the kids, as our backs are too old for a pullout couch 😁 the beds were comfortable, too, which was a pleasant surprise after some of our previous bookings! We enjoyed being relatively private from other properties &the noise of the town at night.

The adjacent road is very busy and the property is best accessed by car (which we didn’t have), but we knew this when we booked it and managed the walk back and forth to the beach multiple times without issue.
