Ottima posizione vicino al mare, a pochi passi dal centro e vicina a supermercati e negozi alimentari. La casa è poi molto spaziosa e adatta per un soggiorno di gruppo.

La casa è mal tenuta, i mobili sono tutti traballanti o rotti, alcuni quasi inutilizzabili, le pentole ammaccate o vecchie, inoltre abbiamo trovato sporcizia sgradevole nei cassetti e in generale nella casa.
