Cosy Ardrossan Apartment

I have a list of 13 things at least. For the price I paid & extra for cleaning was a rip off. I would like my money back.

Updated modern flat. Clean & well decorated. Good heating system, shower excellent & loved washing machine.

Only 2 hangers, no tea pot, only 2 tea cups, no dish soap, no hair dryer, not enough toilet paper & had to buy a packet. Mgmt promised to get batteries for tv & never did, so we had to buy to get tv to work, no bin bags in rubbish bins. Very bare minimum amenities.

Location and very clean & nicely decorated.

Tv would not turn on. No teapot in kitchen.

Like home from home.

Property was clean and had all the necessities.

Next door to a Pub. No light when entering the front door which is problematic. Noisy on Friday night.

We had a kitchen to make our own breakfast. There was at least a microwave and our own fridge freezer that was small. The tv was good. The dining table was spacious.

We waited 45 minutes on arrival to get into the flat as no one explained the key was inside the lock box. I was charged £35 for a cleaner to let us in [disputed with my credit card company] The bathroom toilet roll dispenser and towel rail had been pulled off the wall. The shower curtain was too short and the shower water leaked onto the floor so I had to purchase a longer curtain for our stay. The toilet flush kept sticking. The wallpaper was peeling away with mould. Water was dripping from the bedroom ceiling after it rained. There was no storage in the bathroom. There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe and the bed too up the entire space. My Royal Mail package was removed from the flat on arrival by a cleaner and only returned to me after I had contacted the Post Office to report it missing.
