Dove Lodge Ashbourne Heights

The location is great, the instructions sent about the place were easy to follow and understand. The place was bigger than expected and really clean and the beds comfortable. The place had a great playground for children and swimming pool that is free.

There was no wifi and no chopping knife.

the property was beautiful apart from a few minor repairs that needed doing. just as well as we were in it constantly for the whole stay because of the snow.

I liked the location the lodge was nice

The information provided I was constantly ringing up asking for more information I never received the t&Cs pack I was supposed to receive so I was traveling there blind and the holiday park didn't know where the lodge was either also I had a £100 security deposit taken from Mt bank with no warni f due to not receiving the t&Cs pack other than that it was a good few nights away

The property was comfortable but it definitely needs some TLC. within 12 hours the knob of the curtain rail fell off. An attachment to the shower door frame fell off and the toilet roll holder fell off too😂 Nothing major but makes you wonder what else would fall apart.

The walls are thin. we had to remind ourselves to not flush the toilet or close doors when it was bedtime so not to wake each other up.

An older lodge which smelt of old carpet.The cooker was greasy,mouldy shower,dirty t towels,sunken dining chairs,bed sheets didn’t fit, no bin liner or washing up products provided.

The site was beautiful...very quiet and tranquil....the site staff were very friendly and helpful....also it was a lovely walk to Ashbourne.

There were a few little things that were broke or missing in the lodge but nothing that really effected our stay and when we made the owner aware they were very prompt in responding.
