Cheerful 4-bedroom holiday home close to the Sea

Comfortable nice big size.location spot on. Pub just across the road.

Only the parking.wehad to park down the road beacuse of double yellow lines

Plenty of room. Good transport links and good location to the town and everything you need. Comms were outstanding and helpful guide on arrival. Clean towels, bedding and essentials. We would stay again.

Could do with a bit of tlc. The toilet seat was loose, a few issues with the windows, a couple more baking trays and shelves. Please don't take offence it wasn't the Hilton and wasn't portrayed as such.

House was great size. Easy access to trams. Spacious and very well cared for in a whole it was a good stay.

The bed mattresses in the downstairs bedroom is horrendous every spring pops into your back, there was 3 slats loose under the bed to which after my husband sat on it and the mattress touched the floor because the slats were on the floor on arrival not due to him sitting on it. We had to out the slats back on and prop something under it. Fortunately there was a travel cot in the home so that was stuck under the slats to allow us to sleep without slats falling off. Badly needs new bed and mattress in downstairs bedroom.

The property is very spacious, the location was perfect, it’s just a 7 minute walk to pleasant street tram stop that takes you into Blackpool attractions, on street parking, equipped kitchen with everything you need, the lounge fitted 5 adults comfortably with a coffee table to play games around, high chair for the grandsons and the twin room even had a few children toys, the back bedroom mattress was comfortable

Needed a little cleaning here and there but this did not affect our stay, two out of the four bedrooms mattresses were lumpy could do with a mattress topper on or replacing

Good size, nice seating in dining room

No washing / drying facilities (washing machine, Dryer , clothes line) , slippery front steps, some decoration needed in hallway.

Loved where the house and was very spacious

I think to make the house stand out more and would make me return is if it had tvs in all the rooms with thr double.beds , also the front bedroom feel like it could do with a new mattress as you can feel the springs and maybe update the curtains.and furnishings to make it brighter all in all we had a lovely stay though thankyou

Cleaning could have been better, garden was over grown with weeds with nails sticking out of the ground rotating washing line was rotten with no line on . 1 key for the front door n 1 key for back door with back gate padlocked shut with no key .
