"Only care about there money"

It is a nice enough apartment with comfy beds. Very spacious.

We had to leave early because of a serious medical issue with my dad. Unfortunately it was our fault that we didn't buy the insurance. However as we left in plenty of time for them to resist the apartment we called them in the hope they may give us a partial refund. However the owner literally couldn't care less about our situation and said they wouldn't even offer a partial refund. I think they could of done this and resisted. We spoke to booking.com who agreed and tried to contact them but they didn't even respond to them either. Money grabbers.

Very clean, comfortable and everything was there that we needed for our stay. Cereals were provided, and milk (but we had brought our own too).

Very clean and comfortable accommodation providing everything you could need for a home from home experience. The house is cosy and smells amazing! Great communication from host with clear instructions. Great location. Returning customer and booked an extra night this time.
