Outstanding location, atmosfere, accomodation and communication with hosts. Grožnjan is absolutely fabulous and stunning place to see. Near accomodation is highly recommended Truba bar with love Jazz music. 10 out of 10

Great location and beautiful house, very nicely decorated.

The apartment is very charming & a good size. The primary bedroom is spacious & has pretty a pretty view of the town.

It would be nice if it had paper products like napkins & toilet paper provided. Also, there really isn’t a living room space. There’s a sitting area, but it only accommodates one person.

The bunk bed room is VERY dark. Another light is definitely needed.

Idyllic charming house... old Stones on the outside, modern with all comfort on the inside. In a medieval-like Village overlooking the wide surrounding area... sea visible in the distance... the views from the Town are really spectacular!! Really liked this place!!!

The house, the town, the atmosphere, it was really amazing. The surroundings, so much to do/see and still you are very peaceful. The busy coast (if you have a car) can be reached if you want to go for a swim (and you can look for a quiet 'beach' if you like, the culinary spectrum is great, you can walk in the woods, you can listen to the artists in town who take summer class....or just read a book, make drawings... such an amazing place. The house has all the comfort it needs (although we struggled with the washing machine -our fault probably-), heating, airco, fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, wonderful sitting area... would book it again without a doubt.

Nothing! There is a small store in town, but a bigger supermarket is elsewhere. A few restaurants of good quality too... really we found it the MAX.

I am so grateful that i decided to book "La Boutique" for my family vacations in Groznian and Istria region. House was in perfect condition, cozy, nicely renovated, inside the old village of the charming Groznian. Kids enjoyed the room with the bunkbed. In general , sleep was a pleasure due to the very silent atmosphere during night. There is a small minimarket 2mins on foot away that you can buy some basics. It is super important the parking card that was included in the reservation, so we didnt have to pay for daily parking tickets.

Really it is hard to find something that "we didnt like". Only minor recommendations for improvement. Eg it would be good to have some very basics eg some salt and sugar, an extra toilet paper and a bottle of water in the refrigerator. We arrived late so we had to buy the next day. Definitely the house needs to have some wine glasses (it was only one), so the visitors to enjoy a bottle of wine in such a beautiful place.

Free parking place that is otheryise impossible to get in this location. The house is VERY functional but also beautiful an furnished in an excellent taste.

Everything was perfect

I loved everything about this place, the decor, the location, comfort of the bed, its uniqueness - very modern, clean and definitely exceeded our expectations. It is literally few steps away from a beautiful cafe 'Vero' which has an amazing views of the nearby hills and another picturesque kust see town Motovun. The whole town of Groznjan is a pedestrian zone, and you can easily get lost in the numerous little galleries, very romantic and medieval.

I loved everything, but do bear in mind - due to the location, you might have issues with wifi in certain parts of the house, but that is expected. You should aim for digital detox ;)
