Casa de Vacanta Colibita Veche- pe malul lacului

It was a relaxing place. All three apartments were occupied, but thanks to the distance between them and the trees, we didn’t hear our neighbours and could chill without any issues. The apartment was nicely decorated, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The grounds were filled with flowers and other plants, creating a lovely atmosphere. There’s also a boat available if you want to spend some time out on the water. We brought our own chairs, but each apartment also had additional sun loungers. All the necessary barbecue equipment was provided. The hosts are kind and friendly people, always happy to help with any questions or concerns. I saw a negative comment about the internet, but in our experience, it worked perfectly - the signal was strong, which is expected since the router is inside the apartment. Mobile data was also available.

This isn’t a negative point, but I believe it’s worth mentioning - based on the photos, it wasn’t entirely clear that the apartment has a bedroom on the second floor, or perhaps I overlooked that detail. This could be important for older guests or for those with limited mobility, such as pregnant individuals, as was the case for us. Fortunately, there was an extendable couch on the ground floor, so it worked out well in our situation.

Everything was perfect, starting from the hosts which are great people, helped us to discover the area and told us what acrivities we should try, where to eat and so on. The place as very magical and its perfect if you want to forget about the city noise and enjoy some days in the nature. For sure we will be back! :)

Everything was magical, views to the lake in a cozy cottage. We found it fun to light the fire to get hot water and heating. Also the owner was very welcoming and they have a cat who came by the house.

To say something, the bed could be more comfortable.

This location is a piece of heaven that revives childhood memories. The house is created with extreme attention to details. Everything blends perfectly. The outdoors- an oasis of silence and beauty. The hospitality and kindness of the owners is somethings else. We had the best Christmas present being in this location if you look for a peaceful silent place to be.

You have to be well informed and prepared upfront regarding supply management ( food and necessities) if you don’t have a car available. You have to plan ahead or manage with the small village shop available. Thankfully we took this into consideration and it was not an issue for our case.

The location was really, really nice. Interesting and clean house.

There are 4 houses în the same yard including the owners so we didn't have the privacy that we were actually looking for. The owner wrote us the house rules but also came over and told them to us several times without any reason..(we are the kind of family following the rules, taking care of the house and always cleaning after ourselves). The "mandatory" coffee was filter, which I hate and we were not allowed to brew a clasical "turkish" coffee on the stove. Expresso or any other kind of coffee was out of the question. We were also told to warm up the milk for our child în the 5liters pot în the house. I sugest the owner to be more accomodating to the guests instead of being so pushy with the rules, I've really felt that I am în summer camp în the 4th grade with the teacher looking over my shoulder.

Great location by the lake, the most quiet and peaceful accommodation on lake Colibita. It was beyond any expectations
