Ottima posizione, equidistante da Ortigia e Teatro Greco (mt 500 circa da entrambe) e percorribile a piedi. Propietaria gentile e disponibile.

Sistemazione consigliabile a piccolo nucleo familiare, perchè sprovvista di privacy. Non ci sono porte di separazione tra i 2 ambienti. Un letto a una piazza e mezzo, non matrimoniale, scomodo dormirci in 2. Non ci sono finestre, nè balconi. Odore di umidità.

Nous sommes gâtées de petites attentions par notre hôte. Gâteaux, boisson et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. L'appartement est proche des lieux d'intérêts de Syracuse, 15mn à pieds.

Gute Lage, recht nah am Busterminal. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es gab Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Wein gratis sowie abgepackte Süßigkeiten (Muffins, Kekse) für das typische italienische Frühstück. Es gab aber auch Teller und alles um selbst zu kochen. Bad war sauber.

Das Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber. Ich habe dann jeweils nur einen Teller für mich sauber gemacht, den ich dann während des Aufenthalts genutzt habe. Die Dusche war etwas eng. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an einer Straße und die Haustür wirkt nicht gerade stabil, das scheint aber der Standard zu sein.

Good location and clean.

It opened onto the street, the only small bathroom windows opened onto air conditioning units so it wasn’t possible to get fresh air or a view. The breakfast was all long life and sugary and brightly coloured. I never saw or heard from the owner except about where to leave the key. Beds were very uncomfortable.10/10 reviews? I don’t think so.

The place was very nice, clean and around 10 minutes walk from the old city. The hosts were kind and met us upon check-in to show us all of the amenities. There were many extras like snacks, drinks, toothbrushes, and even medical kit. The hosts also left umbrellas and beach bag for us to use. Great stay!
