Casa pulita, host cortese, sistema di climatizzazione molto buono.

Uno dei due bagni non ha il bidet, l’altro non ha la porta ma una semplice tenda confinante con una delle camere da letto. Ritengo la soluzione improponibile per un discorso igienico e di privacy.

Perfect for a family.Close to Ortigia

Nice and cosy accomodation. Host was very nice to us. 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are accessible only through the bedrooms so if you are in the third bedroom and need to use the toilet during the night you have to sneak around sleeping people. It would be better to make the upper bathroom accessible from the hallway.

Two storeys, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, lots of kind niceties waiting for us, guests (mineral water, coffee, tea, tourist books about Sicily in different languages, etc.). Kind, communicative, and professional owner willing to give us recommendations about restaurants, ice cream shops, cafés, and everything. Parking possible on nearby streets. The absolute city centre is well within walking reach.

On reflection property was too far out of ortigia for us. Parking good as residential area. Very difficult to drive to ortigia and reasonable parking spot.

A door on up steps bathroom/ensuite would be better for privacy. Washing machine was not used as looked too old and did not want clothes damaged.

Cozy house with all necessary kitchen stuff. Clean and tidy house with good air conditioners and well functional washing machine. Thanks for owner's tips on tourist's spots and good food. We enjoyed the stay. Do prepare a little walk to the Ortigia from the house.

The facilities were spacious and clean, with an enjoyable design and decor. The host was flexible and accommodating, allowing late and remote check-in. The location is well-placed for both car and foot, being near the main roads and a short walk into Ortigia.

We were not warned in advance that the upstairs air conditioners were broken, meaning the space was humid and stuffy, making it hard to sleep. Also, there was no hot water for showers. Also, keep in mind that the bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms.
