"Great hospitality and great amenities inside, but the exterior and yard need some attention."

I truly appreciate that the host ensured the house was equipped with everything we needed.

A few things could have been better. He could have cut the grass to make the house look more welcoming. The house also needs to be painted so it looks as outstanding as it did in the pictures. Finally, the unused washing machines should be removed.
