Albatros Sorrento

The appartment was one of the very best . Theresa was very nice and even picked us up at the train station . We couldn’t believe she had bottled water , snacks , staples and plenty of extra pillows , blankets , etc . Absolutely amazing amount of space and the rooftop space was wonderful !

DO NOT RENT this space without a car or other transportation !!!! The walk downtown is about 20 minutes and all uphill on the way back . We didn’t mind but after the first time , we really felt very unsafe . The care go quickly around the corners ,the road is narrow and there aren’t any sidewalks . We asked about the bus schedule but unfortunately, the bus comes only every 2 hours and stops at 6:30 pm . We had to get a taxi ride or two almost every day . The cost was $20 one way and $25 after 11 pm. Total we spent an extra $400 in transportation.

Teresa came for us and drove me to the property. She was very nice.

A comfortable appartment and Teresa is a really lovely host !

The appartment itself very nice but the streetl leading to the building is very narrow , busy and there is no real footpath for pedestrians , which is a bit annoying. Taxis in Sorrento take fantasy rates.
