Speedway Blvd Townhouse

It was a well appointed town home. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware and even some spices. Our adult kids loved having a washer and dryer to use. Beds were comfortable in both rooms. Having extra bathroom and 1/2 bath was wonderful for getting ready with 4 adults. It was very clean. door code was great with it closing and locking behind us. Neighborhood was quiet, It was a great location for us to visit around the area plus Miami. This was an exceptional value for the money that is charged. Thank you, Howard and Pauline

Not much. Didn't care for lights on nite stands in master bedroom. Hard to read a book. We were missing a can opener in the kitchen. Easy fix. We picked one up at Walmart! Light above range was burnt out. Hard to see when cooking. Other than that , no issues!!

a/c thermostat was locked @ 79 degrees for 3 hours after our arrival. owner finally provided pin code for me to unlock the thermostat and lower the temp to a bearable range. also the internet did not work upon arrival. the internet cable to the router had been unplugged from the wall. in p/c with owner, this issue was discovered and fixed.
