The lication of the house is peaceful and relaxing

The house overall is fine but not completely comfortable. The outside furniture is rusted and inside was like a storage because of some items stored inside the house which is even boxed. The house could be a perfect place for staycation but it needs to be tidy up.

The staycation spot had a cozy vibe, and the overall design of the house was beautiful.

There were some maintenance issues—our refrigerator struggled to stay cold, and the air conditioner in one room wasn’t functioning well, making it uncomfortable for those staying there.

"If you just want a real peace & quiet place, this is the place for you."

The place is so quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is complete with cooking & dining utensils. The beds are comfortable.

I just want to comment about the description of the place when I booked it that says it has a private pool which is misleading since there is no pool in the property. The pool is for the whole resort which is far from the property and it is not free. It has misled me thinking we could have a dip in a private pool, since there is nothing much to do inside the house. And for that I find it a bit pricey.

My family loved the place. It is clean, spacious and accessible to restaurants and food delivery. It is near Picnic Grove. I find it easy to coordination with the Owner and Joan, they are helpful and considerate.

Since it is in a somewhat cooler location, a microwave would be nice and a ramp at the entrance to make it PWD friendly
