Poor management even though the place is stunning I don't think it is worth it. I don't usually like to leave negative feedback but I think the price of this cabin defiantly needs to reflect the customer service and hospitality. Very late response, I called every day asking about the location of sheets which I paid for, and no response at all. I left so many messages too. I got a response last night during my stay at 6 pm. They are not even refunding me the amount after not using it at all. I lost my deposit because of a small crack on the side of the door, and I am fully sure they are not aware of the cabin's condition to be charging me that. 1-The fire alarm was taken off and nobody noticed it even though it is extremely dangerous. 2-The cleaner who they told me is fully aware of the conditions of the house, thought all the food in the fridge was ours, and they have a strict role on food left behind. Plus their Communication is not friendly at all, It is quite rude actually, and made us feel very unwelcomed.
