Beautiful 5 bedroom house in great location.

Loved the open plan kitchen/dining area. Perfect for a lot of people staying together. Big living room with comfy sofas. All of the rooms were spacious. Lovely little outside garden space too.

The location was perfect shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs all on the doorstep!

A quiet residential area . The house was homely and comfortable . The group loved it !

The only thing which is unavoidable is that one of our party was elderly and the stairs are quite steep .

What a great property if there’s a lot of you traveling together The house was just perfect for us as a group 4 good sized bedrooms and 1 large master bedroom with en-suite, the bedrooms are over two floors the top floor bedrooms all had their own en-suite bathrooms which was a big bonus Downstairs in the living room there was plenty of seating for everyone to sit down together very comfortable large sofa’s and Netflix on the tv We loved the large kitchen and table which was great for us all to sit down at breakfast Parking was tricky we could get the car through the gates but not shut the gates On street parking it very busy and not always able to park close by A couple of minutes from the high street, loads of shops, cafe’s, restaurants, supermarket takeaways and a Wetherspoons Buses run quite regularly at the end of the street There’s really nothing to not like about this house and the area

Parking was difficult at times Couldn’t use the downstairs toilet as it had a leak that was leaking all over the utility room

Our stay in this apartment was nothing short of incredible! We were genuinely surprised by how spacious and well-equipped it was. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that everything had been thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment was much larger than we expected, with every amenity you could possibly need. The garden was expansive, offering a peaceful retreat, and there was even a gym, which was a wonderful bonus! The apartment was meticulously maintained, with all utilities working perfectly and everything kept in pristine condition. Each bedroom was fully furnished with everything we needed, and we particularly appreciated having a private bathroom for each room—such a great touch for convenience and privacy. The living area was just as impressive, with a very comfortable couch that made it easy to relax. The fireplace added an extra cozy element, creating a perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The overall vibe of the apartment was simply fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Without a doubt, we will be recommending this apartment to everyone we know. It exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautifully decorated and loads of space for us all. All the bedrooms were great - three had en-suites - and the downstairs was really spacious and perfect for a large group. Despite it being such a huge house, it still felt cosy and homey. We got an Indian takeaway locally which was tasty. Great location as we had a wedding in Leamington Spa and it was less than a 20 minute drive. I wish we’d stayed for longer!

One of the bath towels smelt of cigarette smoke but there were plenty of others so this wasn’t a problem.
