The apartment is very nice, with a stunning view. Taormina itself didn't impress us as much as the view from the window. The downside is that the booking itself misleads us into thinking it's close to the city center, when it isn't. However, if you're traveling without a car, like we did, you can get there by Interbus from Taormina center for €1.20 (just let the driver know where you want to get off), so the view is definitely worth it.

The apartment is much much better than the photos. The view from the bed is amazing 😍 Antonio was very helpful and recommended some restaurants for dinner 🙂 We will definitely come back

Amazing location overlooking the city and mount etna

Host was great and allowed us to leave our bags there early. Apartment was very clean, had an incredible view of the bay, and a lovely bathroom - I only wish we got to spend more time in it!

Location is a little far from the train station so we had to rely on the local taxi service. It's a steep climb from the centre of town (but then Taormina is on a hill!) so be prepared for that else taxis are plentiful in the town square

The view was excellent and the air conditioning was good.

The property was stated as No 56. Actually it was number 54. The instructions to locate the apartment were entirely wrong. We were of the first floor not the ground floor as Antonio advised us over the phone. We only discovered the keys were in a key safe only after phoning the host. The apartment was way above the town of Taormina was described as being 500m from the beach. This was true. As the crow flies. In reality it was at least a 50 minute walk along treacherous roads or a twelve minute car journey. The flat was so poorly appointed for cooking we ate out every meal. The terrace was unusable since the road noise was appalling. I think renters should be informed quite how far out of town this apartment is located as it’s a good twenty minute walk up and down flights of stone steps which are certainly not for the faint hearted. The garage on the ground floor is clearly used as a moped storage depot so people were endlessly arriving and leaving with all the attendant noise. Someone in the house had a yappy dog which barked at all hours. On the bedroom wall are two pictures of female nudes in stilettos. One of which is huge, garish and we felt obliged to take it down. In 2024 we’re not convinced this is appropriate art for an air b and b rental. This apartment certainly wasn’t worth the money we were charged and we’d definitely not recommend it until fundamental changes are put in place.

The apartment has a fabulous view of Mt Etna from the terrace. The apartment was very clean and well appointed and communication with Antonio was excellent. The apartment is a 15 minute walk down the hill to Taormina old town via a series of steps - it might be a bit steep for some coming back up the hill.

Amazing view, spacious apartment with all amenities, friendly and helpful host. No problem with earlier check-in. Definitely would come again. Great quality for the price.

The view especially from the terrace was the best It is close to the center. The coffee machine was not working and i informed the host, after 5 min he arrived with a new coffee machine. Also he lent us an umbrella for the beach. I will def recommend this place.
