"Papamoa Cozy stay"

It was so cozy and warm whare even without the heat pumps are on. Had to turn fan on because it was nice and warm. Lots of space for the family and comfy beds as well. Really enjoyed my stay ☺️.

Just couldn't use the dish washer as the instructions weren't clear enough. Other than this, there is nothing else I can fault.

Comfortable home and suited us for the time we were there. David was very approachable.

We had a 2 year old and the outdoor deck area isn't fully fenced. Just a concern for us due to being very close to the road, something we weren't aware of initially. We made a temporary barrier, so was fine for the time we were there.

Did not like it at all

The house is in a dilapidated state in desperate need of cleaning and paint. Really not fit for purpose and very disappointing after reading all the positive reviews.
