Holiday Home in Papamoa

The host was very polite and helpful. The stay was private and very comfortable.

The amount of signage about drug use was off putting. I was also under the impression that it was a complete house with spare rooms to accommodate guests I would have. It's not a place I' bring my clients back to.

Entry time was 3pm but we spoke to the owner and did get the code for entry at 2pm

This place was very tidy and in need of a good clean and new towels etc

Everything you would need, not just for overnighter's, but also for longer stays, and the location is handy to everything Papamoa has to offer.I highly recommend this property, and thanks once again David.

There is absolutely nothing to not like about this property.

amazing facilities, bed and lovely hosts

no cooking necessities such as oil, salt, pepper.

Space. Air conditioning in every room.

No carpet. A floor rug would be good with young child rolling on floor to not hurt head.

House was just what we were after. Quite simple and basic which is what we were after

We found the signs about no drug use slightly disconcerting. I suppose the hosts have had to deal with drug related situations in the past, but we didn't much enjoy being faced with the signs every time we popped into the bathrooms or the kitchen.

Nice outside patio, nice neighborhood Very cosy The keyless entry system is very convenient

En suite shower was dirty ( grime and mold on the glass and shower head etc), nothing serious Some mattresses were worn as and gave us backpain.
