Despite remote location instructions sent by owner (with photos) were very clear, so finding the house was easy (however I advise doing it during the day for the first time, cause driver needs to pay extra attention due to narrow winding road and many potholes). View from ranch is exceptional, and ride to climbing/trekking locations is short. It's calm, safe and quiet around giving one an opportunity to have a relaxed time and good quality sleep. Also not many lights in the night allows to just stare into the stars. Perfect spot for climbers (remember that december/january are a bit rainy, however most routes dry fast and are climbable after few hours even in chilly days).

Keep in mind that many houses in Mediterranean region (Spain, Italy etc.) may not have radiators - they are mostly equipped with electric heater or a stove (in this case both). Despite electric heater provided sleeping room was a bit chilly. Stove in the kitchen burns a lot of wood (which is quite scarce resource around) and the slight smell of smoke in constant, bathroom is unfortunately completely non-heated (although small so it gets a little warm in a long shower).

Generelt nedslidt. Fejl i elinstallation. Rengøring kunne være bedre. Køkkenudstyr bør opgraderes. Generelt trænger boligen til en opgradering i forhold til prisen.
