the location is great, the local is cozy and good

the bed was very bad, I had a back pain since my first day there. the principal door was manual and a wood door, when it rained it was very difficult to open it or to close it. the villa needs more work.

the pool area and Garden was good for the children, the house was clean and when we had problems they were dealt with very quickly. The wifi is good and the kitchen was quite well stocked. it was not too far away from El Chorro and the Caimito del Rey. Although the roads are a little treacherous. Also we left a computer lead behind and the host was kind enough to arrange for it to be sent to us.

The property in no way relates to the description and photos on Booking.com We primarily booked for the use of the restaurant and café which by the website appeared to be onsite or at least close by. This was for my 71yr old father. having eventually found the house, the following morning we walked to the café (not 500m from the house) 12-13 mins uphill from the house to discover that it was closed and had been since the pandemic. Something that is not mentioned anywhere on the property description. the nearest town is 12-15 mins away along an extremely winding road. Had we have Known this we would never have booked because it was not suitable for our family AT ALL! The house is nothing like the pictures on the website and although pleasant it is in SERIOUS need of updating. The sofa had a chunk out of the arm there are huge cracks in the bathroom Walls and tiles falling off in the kitchen. I would suggest that anyone going to stay should do a big shop before arriving as there is nothing around the property. the Main bathroom had a plumbing issue and the bath backed up and leaked but I must say that when called this was dealt with promptly despite it being on a Sunday.
