El Emigrante

The chimney warms the whole place in matter of seconds. The garden and the views are spectacular. Perfect to disconnect and relax. Combofortable beds, nice bathroom.

I wish we would have had a double bed and not two singles, but it was not a problem. Very comfortable.

The house and garden were wonderful. Make sure you take some food and drinks, because once you are in you won't want to go out. The pool was a great size and clean. The house was well equiped, it took us a while to work out the cooker to boil some water, (perhaps an electric kettle would be easier!), but it was very fast once we did. The views are amazing and you can only see a couple of neighbours from afar.

The road in is a bit rough, it's about a mile, and not tarmacked so if you have a hire car, beware your insurance is invalid while you are on that road. It isn't as bad as it's first impression, but I would have appreciated a little warning that it was off road. We managed it ok, just take it easy.

Peaceful

Not able to walk anywhere as local dogs would investigate anyone walking so needed to drive everywhere.

Great little house with pool (not heated), bbq and lovely views over the mountains. We'll equipped kitchen etc. No bath and shower OK.

It is in the middle of nowhere which is nice. But the road up is not great with big drop and no barriers. My wife was very nervous and worried about driving it at night so we stayed in.
