Calm Scottish Country Escape with Hot Tub Sleeps 6

Our recent was a truly luxurious experience, complete with a private hot tub that added a touch of indulgence. The atmosphere was piece full and calm, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, it was a luxury stay that provided relaxation and rejuvenation in equal measure

Fairy little cottage, wonderfully equipped.

Beautiful home with amazing grounds, so peaceful and quiet, a real find for a holiday. You will need a car to get about. Plenty of things to do and the family loved the hot tub. The grounds were all secure for dog and he loved being able to go out and about freely. Will defo be back. The welcome pack was a nice touch, beds comfy and home cleanxxx

Lovely location with on the doorstep access to the great glen way. Easy access to Inverness, Fort Augustus and the surrounding area/attractions. Well placed for access to the wider highlands too. Beautiful property with amazing hosts who couldn’t have been any more helpful and welcoming. The property is well stocked with everything you need in a home from home - from toiletries to pots and pans and washing machine. The outside space is large and divided into separate areas so there is something for everyone. The cottage really has a homey feel to it.

Nothing I didn’t like. The only thing that might have helped would be a heads up to be cautious with the car you choose to come to any property in this area. We brought a car with a 1.2L engine and had a couple of sticky moments on the steep hills especially when we were fully loaded with all our luggage. The car really struggled with some of the roads in the area, mainly the single lane roads, and we could have done with something more powerful. The issue lies with us city folk not thinking things through (highlands = mountains), especially as we don’t really have steep hills/mountains like this near home to understand just how high up we actually were. Now we know to bring a more powerful car that can handle the inclines next time we visit.

Lovely cosy cottage with hot tub Hot tub a short walk in garden and in enclosed garden so remember flip flops robes provided but not in children’s bedrooms No coffee pods provided and pizza oven would not light as pellets kept in outside tub and appeared damp Lovely views

Location and decor lovely although not totally clean as found dirty tissue under bed and biscuits under the couch when using recliner

Everything about this accommodation is beautiful, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Also, a lovely touch was a welcome pack with everything we could need bread, milk, cheese, bacon, and treats for the children,

It was a little hard to find, although a quick message to the owner, and we were back on the right track. The hot tub was a little away from the property, although the setup was lovely
