De locatie was prachtig! Het hele resort was heel mooi ingericht en verzorgd. De eigenaren waren heel aardig en gastvrij. Ze denken goed met je mee. Maria kan ook geweldig koken! Heerlijk vers Siciliaans eten gegeten, ook hebben ze hun eigen lekkere wijn, olijfolie en fruit! Mooi en rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf je balkon over de kust en de bergen. Iedere avond een prachtige zonsondergang en leuke zwaluwen die in de ochtend en avond langs het zwembad vliegen. Onze dochter vond de speeltuin ook geweldig en kon leuk spelen met de kinderen die in het andere appartement verbleven. Het zwembad was ook perfect, schoon, goede temperatuur en mooi groot, met een handige lange trap waar kleine kinderen kunnen spelen.

Lovely Vila, welcoming and very polite owners, lovely and big garden, swimming pool, large Barbecue area with table. The owners made delicious night lunch on arrival at midnight. We being impressed this welcoming. Thank you so much for such a great time ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owners live downstairs of the apartment and are very welcoming (especially their cute dog :-) and helpful. They have built a beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need during your stay. Outside is a large garden and pool with comfortable chairs/beds you can use. The views from the balcony of the apartment and the sunset are stunning. Beaches are within 10min drive. We loved the long stretches of beach here. There are a few lido's where you can hire a sunbed and a small bar for drinks. But it is a quiet beach. Just beautiful. Palermo is about 50min drive away and the airport within 25min. That makes the location very convenient. There are also some vineyards nearby, should you be interested. Casa Zeus is definitely recommended to stay for a few days.

Fantastic property and fantastic hosts! Wonderful surprise with welcome dinner! Very, very clean. Enjoyed every minute of the stay. Need a car to get around. Close to multiple small towns with small beaches, ports and history.

Very nice people and accomodation with great view and swimmingpool. The kids enjoyed the playground.

An advice for the owner to learn English. In that way the communication would be easier. It was so nice to get to know each other better but with Google translate it was hard.

Lovely appartment with great views of the sea and mountains. Very suitable for families with two bedrooms, a balcony, a pool and a little play area outside. Inside everything looks pretty new and was super clean. Outside everything is well maintained. The host is very friendly and warm. Secure parking behind the gate. Balestrate beach about 15 min. by car.

Because of the location some facilities, like a decent sized supermarket, are a bit further away (15-20 min by car). No dishwasher.

We absolutely adored our time at this enchanting hotel! The house and garden were simply breathtaking, with the balcony offering mesmerizing views of the sea and mountains. The pool was a true gem, providing the perfect oasis for relaxation. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a serene and tranquil ambiance that we loved. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. One thing we really liked was the flexibility to enjoy meals in various spots like our balcony, the barbecue area, or the poolside relaxation zone. The pool area was so well-equipped with tables, sunbeds, a charming gazebo, and a corner bar, allowing us to savor the peaceful surroundings to the fullest. The owners were always friendly and available, ensuring we felt well-cared for during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delightful complimentary coffee they offered us. The WiFi had good coverage and reasonable speed. Lastly, we were grateful for the homemade olives we received when departing and the delicious Sicilian treats we had the pleasure of tasting. Meeting the friendly resident dog was a lovely bonus, adding a heartwarming touch to our experience. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions, and we even got to borrow sun umbrellas for our beach trips.

Of course, as with any place, there were a few minor hiccups during our stay. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for self-catering, but the hosts were kind enough to provide the necessary items upon request. While the main double bed's mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, it didn't dampen our overall enjoyment. In one of the rooms, the beautiful curtains didn't fully block out sunlight, resulting in some early morning brightness. And managing the garbage system was a bit inconvenient, as we had to provide our own bags for organic waste. Additionally, communication posed a slight challenge since the owners spoke only Italian, but thanks to Google Translate, we managed to navigate it well. We were also a bit surprised to discover that swimming caps were mandatory for the pool, which might not suit everyone's taste. Keep in mind that, while Google Maps might suggest that the sea is relatively close, we found that walking or running in the morning or evening could be a bit uneasy due to the rural roads with goats and other animals, as well as stray dogs, and limited lighting. The location is a bit secluded and can only be accessed by car. The road leading to the hotel is a bit bumpy, narrow, and can be challenging to navigate, especially at night when the navigation routes you through rural roads, which might not be the easiest option. But don't worry, once you're settled in the hotel, you'll enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience!
