Nothing it was great

Everything, there is absolutely nothing to be done to make this darling little cottage better than it is. Fabulous location, quiet, homely, close to everything and superb hosts.

Very clean tidy and comfortable felt like a home away from home. Parking was sufficient everything was beautiful the art was so gorgeous. I forgot to take pics! Just got videos but beautiful place.

The bottom of the shower filled with water and when door was open it flooded. I did speak to the owners and she said she was getting the plumber in so should be sorted for future stays.

Easy to follow instructions from the hosts on collecting the property keys on arrival. Hosts were friendly but gave us our space. Beautifully decorated and lovely bedding. My daughter loved hearing the river at night. Well-priced and although right by the main house, still felt private. Will definately stay again.

Sunny Glen cottage is a clean, comfortable, and very quiet apartment, with access to a lovely walkable trail behind the property by the river. The private garden area is beautiful with many little birds flying around. The hosts are in the adjacent house and are very friendly and helpful. Waikanae is a lovely, quaint town.
