Family Friendly Beach Block Ocean View 3 BR, 2 BA, Condo near Wildwood Crest and Convention Center

VERY CLEAN PLACE. THE OWN WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL

The place was very clean and well appointed. Definite beach decor and vibe. Very bright and roomy. Great little deck with seating for 6. Also very close to the beach, but the walk to the water once on the beach is extremely far.

It’s on the second floor so there were 2 flights of stairs to carry bags up. The only other dislike was how narrow the garage door is, it’s tight to fit a large SUV through and you have to pay to park in front.

Location was 1 block from the board walk and beach. The unit was nicely decorated and clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. They had a nice wagon and chairs to take to the beach. I enjoyed having a garage to house our bikes safely. The unit was quiet. We did not hear the other renters or any street noise. We would enjoy renting again.

It was beautiful and clean cheap and huge . And my friends and I were able to fit my big truck and their car in front of each other in the garage

The stairs my one friend couldn't go up and down like everyone else so the 4 or 5 flights of stairs didn't go over well with them

We were very happy with our stay. Great location, one block walk to beach. Close to restaurants. Sam was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

The location was great and close to the beach, the owners were quick to respond to any questions during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped as advertised, there were plenty of towels. There was plenty of room for everyone, we had 9 people.

the garage opening is very narrow, we have a mid-sized SUV, and it was an extremely tight fit, if you have a large SUV or a large or wide truck, you it will not into the garage. The mattresses were not comfortable. The top bunk of the smaller bunk bed had a weight limit of 150lbs which was not included in description of the sleeping arrangements when we booked. The shower made a loud "whistling" noise and there was mold on the shower curtain. The property was advertised as having 2 flights of stairs, there were actually 4 sets of steps. My husband has painful medical problems and uses medical marijuana in vape form, which was not permitted anywhere on the premises, not even outside on the balcony. Although it is advertised as a non-smoking condo, I was unaware he could not vape his medical marijuana outside. There was a book of rules and regulations on the coffee table inside the condo that were not included in the description of the condo when we booked it.

Description is as stated. Location is good and close/walking distance to places to eat. Place was clean and well equipped. Any question ask, Sam was quick to respond.

The only thing I can think of would be to have chairs on deck instead of bar stools, were not comfortable to sit on when relaxing on the deck
