Easy access to the villa. No need to drive somewhere else. The time was suitable for our flight. We could access the villa directly on arrival. Gated community made it feel special

No recycle bin attached to the property. We did not like that we had to put all our recyclable waste into a landfill bin. Contacted the management company and they explained that some people were putting the wrong type of stuff in this bin. At all the other villas we have stayed at in Florida there has always been a recycling bin. Around the pool it would have been nice to have a parasol to keep shade us from the hot sun in the afternoons and also a stand where we could dry our swimming costumes.

We loved the house, it was comfortable ,nice view to the lake, would come back.

Bad points are about the cleaning,even though we’we paid a cleaning tax, the house was very dirty,lots of things from other guests found under beds and sofa,l lots of dead bugs and dust.We found it a little bit far from most Disney parks and others,we could never drive less than 30 minutes,but asied from gas costs and kids impatience , it was fine.Pool heat could be a bit warmer.
