"Good we made it work, despite the issues."

The property location was great to where we wanted to be. The owner was very nice and understanding when I reported issues that were found.

The townhouse could have been a little cleaner. I had to clean bathrooms in the town house because it was not really clean, take floor mats up and shower curtain down and clean them. Nail polish all over carpet in front room the couch was dirty, with stains on furniture. Had to wash blankets cuz stains were up there. Dirty rag left upstairs in guess bathroom. Bug Issues. The property was a great property but the cleaning could have been much better. The house had odor when we walked in, the walls had dripping stains going down them. I had to do cleaning before I could enjoy the place. But the location was beautiful. I hope the cleaning crew will do a better job at cleaning!

"Wonderful townhouse and host!"

Lovely spacious townhouse in a quiet gated community! Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities, and an awesome Keurig that makes a cup or carafe. Three full bathrooms, 2 of which were ensuite was great. The beach towels were a very welcome surprise. The host was very responsive and polite.

Location was good. close to Disney parks and lots of restaurants nearby

Property was run down and dirty. We had to clean it on arrival. everything was either broken or well worn. The whole house was badly in need of refurbishment. Clearly had not been updated ever.
