The home was beautiful and the location

The water in the home could have been a little hotter.

The house is beautiful. It has everything needed and very comfortable. I liked it that’s it’s not cluttered and no Knick Knacks.

The gate card did not work most of the stay The maintenance visit not announced. They just hang a card on door knob saying what they did.

Very clean, spacious and welcoming

The pool was became full of gnats, the skimmer that was provided was ripped, I called to have someone come out and check if the filter was working because the amount of bugs that were in the pool made it so where we could not go in. They said they put a work order in although no one came until the next morning, taking a full day away from being able to use the pool. They did give us a few more hours day of check up which j appreciate although did not make up for the full day missed.

Very comfortable. Nothing fancy. Perfect for small children.

The house was perfect for our family.

However, the house wasn't that clean. Some walks need to be painted, and the outside pool needs to be clean as well. They only have 1 trash bag.

House was spacious

Staff should make sure everything is working properly before each stay. I had 3 bedroom tvs that didn’t work , ice machine didn’t work, garage opener didn’t work, grill didn’t work, handheld can opener was broken. I never saw anyone come and check the ph or anything for the pool.

The property was amazing. There was everything there you need. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay there again. It was perfect for our family.

The house had plenty of space and bathrooms. Everything was very clean.

We didn't have any maps or information about the surrounding property...we didn't know until the morning of checkout that there was a larger pool and sitting area very close to our property...we thought the closest larger pool was at the resort clubhouse a mile away.

Liked personal pool community water park access, daily trash pickup, linen provided, utensils pots and pans provided.

Fabric headboards, fabric couch smelled like dog, used razor left in the shower. No option for a heated pool, limited info provided for community water park use such as to bring own towels and floats.
