They have clean the couch and they gave me the run around trying to accommodate sleeping stuff for the couch bed

The property was large. The complex pool was nice.

The carpets were dirty. The football table in the pictures was not in the villa. The pool was dirty, it did get cleaned however during our stay and looked better after. The sofa in the lounge is a wicker garden set and very uncomfortable.

The door had a code making check-in/check-out very easy. The unit was close to the amenities - just a short 3 minute walk. The community where this property is located is very nice and has good amenities. I really liked the gym, the equipment was very nice. The pool was small, but good when you got back and just wanted to take a short swim. Otherwise, the community pool was nice and had a great water feature for kids to enjoy.

The downstairs living room had a very uncomfortable, outdoor sofa. Although, I get that they were trying to bring the outdoors and indoors together. But, that furniture slides all over the tile floor. The igniter on the grill didn't work so we had to go out and buy a lighter to light the grill. The mattresses on the beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. No showstoppers by any means. We would do it all again.

The starter kit didn’t cover 6 days. I would have purchased the essentials. Also I didn’t realize I could purchase a heated pool. I purchased the heated pool option. I which I knew in advance.
