Newly Updated 3 Bedroom Home

Location was good and house was clean. Decorum was unique.

When we got to the place there was a for sale sign for the property. While we were there the host asked if we wouldn't mind if they showed the place while we were gone, to which I said no. Who shows property when you've rented it for 13 days? Who knows if they did so anyways cause one day they came and mowed the grass without letting us know. (My husband was home that day and saw them). The beds were highly uncomfortable. Invest in a better mattress. The fact that we had to eat out most of the time was due to the lack of kitchen utensils and dishes. The kitchen utensils were for children, and the spoons and forks available for adults were three. The cooking pots needed their handles tighten but couldn't tighten them because there was no screwdriver. The knives used for cutting and cooking kept falling out of their sleeves which made it dangerous to use. There were no cooking sheets nor plastic or glass containers to make a salad or even put spaghetti in. Overall, the kitchen was not well maintained. As far as being newly updated, the tiles in the bathroom by the two bedrooms was cracked and not replaced as they should have been. The comforter on the master bed was ripped and torn. We also had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels as well as regular towels because not enough towels were provided as well as no washrags.

Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Plenty of seating. Good beds and linens.

Felt anxious the whole time to make sure to not break any of the 100 rules.

There was a little water interruption, but it was very minimal to be worried about.

The building was very nice for the price, perfect for five and livable for six. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and given the distance between homes noise was not a concern for us nor them.

Location had no walk-able paths. Other than than, it was excellent.
