when I booked the property I brooked for Kissimmee I got Davenport. The description said the house had multiple twin beds , it had one bedroom with twin beds. upon arrival there were 3 Bee hives hanging near the door with active bees. ( the maintenance guy came the next day to fix it,leaving the bee hive on the ground for us.)The pool was gross. when I called to talk to someone they were rude telling me I don’t know what I was talking about. the garage is absolutely disgusting smells like mold and mildew. the kitchen had ants all over the place when we arrived. the garage disposal doesn’t even work, but if you call and let them know you get charged a fee when it was like that when we got here.In the book they have it says call emergency number for a list of things and nowhere is there that number. many doors in the house don’t lock correctly. The Netting around the pool is all ripped so bugs get in, with this you can’t leave the door open for a minute because they fly in the house. the water into the house has horrible smell to it. the freezer doesn’t keep anything frozen. The pots and pans provided are so bad that you can’t even cook. the shower in the master bedroom sprays right out the door because it’s not the correct shower head for that. All the beds are so old and have no support. the crib mattress they provide has stains all over it . the house has a Jacuzzi but the jets don’t work . When you tell them they tell you yes we know it’s not suppose to. The door from the master bedroom to the pool doesn’t have a alarm on it. The dryer take 3 cycles to dry anything. This has been a horrible experience
