I liked everything

The property has monkey screens at all the doors which made a big difference as they are a nuisance in this area. The property also has a back up battery and solar panels which automatically provide electricity when the main power supply is off (South Africa has a very unreliable electricity supply so this is very good to have). The house is well equipped for a very comfortable family stay. The estate has good access control and security which is important. We could walk to the clubhouse and communal swimming pool which was a bonus, although the beach was a short drive away. It was lovely to see deer wandering across the garden and around the estate!

The property has everything you need so there was nothing we didn’t like. Regarding Prince’s Grant, remember that this is a golfing estate so everything is focused on keeping the greens and fairways in pristine condition, so you will have mowers etc going past the house very early in the morning. Except for the swimming pools and beach (very strong currents) there are no activities such as crazy golf (putt putt) for children.
