La Nicuzza-#historicalhouse

I loved that it was a little slice of local life in Agrigento and that there was parking for our reveal car right beside the apartment. I enjoyed the balcony to watch the locals everyday life. It was both clean and pleasant. It made the best use of an old building it possibly could. I loved the stairs up to the apartment and the fact you can cook and make your own breakfast and coffee. It’s got a good comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The fantastic pizza restaurant up on the Main Street had the best truffle pizza I have ever eaten in my life. This must not be missed.

The electric jug didn’t work so we couldn’t make a cup of tea. The coffee pods ran out and were not replaced when I let the hosts know.

Bus And Clean and tidy. Close to town centre train station and terminal. Hot water. Cosy bed.

Narrow with 1 large window door at front. Would recommend a friend.

Did love the appartment, all though the naighborhood street wasn’t clean and welcoming at first sight. But it didn’t bother us to much

The location was great really close to the train station and other public transportation. Nice butcher shop right around the corner. Other grocery store not far.

Nice cozy apartment with a stylish stone wall in line with a local architecture. Very close to the main old city street, just at the bottom of the stairs 😁 Mineral water as a welcome was a great touch and coffee and some snacks were provided. Kitchen well equipped. Good bathroom with soap, shampoo etc. provided. We also received excellent tips and information from the owner via text as this is self check-in place. We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable. Agrigento is a beautiful place with its Valley of the Temples and nearby wonderful beaches.

Agrigento old is the mixture of renovated and old (ugly) houses still waiting their turn. La Nicuzza is a renovated property but some of the neighbors are not that pretty. It also has limitations of the very old small architecture of this type of place. Wi-Fi sadly is barely functioning and the couch could be bigger.
