Galveston ‘Blue Bungalow’ - Walk to Beach!

Such a cute property! Great location and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

What a perfect place for a great time in Galveston! The house had comfy beds and all we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The owner was very responsive with any questions. Can't wait to visit again!

I traveled with my older three sisters. We liked the location of the house. We liked the upstairs bathroom, especially the shower. We liked the key entry/code capability, contactless access allowed us not to rush for “check in” purposes. We also noticed how comfortable the temperature maintained in the house during our stay.

These mentionable concerns with the attributes of the bungalow did not deter our overall experience with our stay, we only included these dislikes to be helpful points of view from a guest to the host. We did not like the lack of lawn maintenance. The uncut grass made it difficult to open and close the (only entrance)fence gate and even more of a struggle to walk to and from our vehicle, and especially with the luggage. It was tough to locate the house numbers when we arrived to the house later in the evening. We expected to find the house numbers somewhere on the house (adjacent to the front door), not on one of the fence pickets. We felt the kitchen door did not meet our sense of security/privacy because the top deadbolt did not fully “lock” as completely as the secondary keypad lock and there was not a curtain of sorts over the door’s window. We would have rather preferred (expected) the light switch for the upstairs bedroom to be located upstairs in the room as a posed to downstairs at the start of the spiral staircase, this made for extra trips up and down the staircase…unexpected leg workout. Again, we enjoyed the use of this rental, however, these small details were topics of conversation among my older sisters and I throughout our stay.

Beautiful, very clean and quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive answering back..We will definitely be back..walking distance to beach..5 blocks away

Location was perfect. Right off one of the Main Street in Galveston.

Had to park in the street. No driveway available.

The house was clean and comfortable.
