The lack of parking space and loud neighbors on top

The property was nothing like the pictures. No space at all , no separate rooms with windows as shown.

Bathroom were horrible plumbing problems both bathrooms were broke. Found dirty underwear underneath pull out bed. Room temperature was extremely hot A/C kept cutting off. Neighbors upstairs with dog ended up chasing us into our Air bnb and coming into and jumping on the couch this was by far the worst experience ever I’ve had renting out a place.

The amount of space and beds was great. Appliances were nice and in good condition. Glad there was a washer/dryer in the unit!

The unit was the basement converted, so it was musty and smelled like jt. It was warm/humid and we couldn’t get the A/C wall unit in the front of the Studio to work properly, it would run for a few moments then turn off. Hot water also didn’t last long, I think it was shared with two other rental units of the house. The walkway along the side of the house was very tiny, made it difficult to navigate if you have larger luggage, especially since there were vehicles parked directly in front of the house.

How clean it was and how responsive the host was.
