Die optimale Lage, keine 5 Min zum Hafen! Die hervorragende Kommunikation mit den Vermietern!! Sehr freundlich und schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen. Kein Sofa, Aufenthalt im Haus nur in der Küche oder im Schlafzimmer, was bei wärmeren Temperaturen kein Problem ist. Für den Außenbereich wären neue Stühle und Auflagen auch für die Liege ( nur eine) angebracht. Auch schön wäre, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat das Fernsehprogramm auf die entsprechende Sprache umzustellen? Als Selbstversorger Haus und bei längerem Aufenthalt war die Küchenausstattung dürftig.

A phenomenal house with a beautiful garden. It has two large bedrooms with double beds. Each room has air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and adorable antique chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large refrigerator and frieze which is a big plus and a large dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is excellent and has washing mashine. There is always a place to park on the street. The garden is beautiful, full of flowers, citrus fruits and greenery and a table with chairs. The street is quiet and yet very close to the center. It's a beautiful feeling when you have breakfast in the garden in the morning with the chirping of birds or in the evening with crickets. High recommendation for this accommodation.

If a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine were added, it would be outstanding.

The house is lovely, located 2 min walking distance from the city centre, which is a big plus. It was clean , the garden was wonderful, we had all our meals outside. The street is nice and quiet and we had plenty of parking spaces near the house, which was very helpful.

The location is great, next to the city center... next to supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias and the sea. The house is very cozy, perfect for people and their pets, with a very beautiful and useful garden. The kitchen is fully equiped, we used it quite a lot during our stay there. It has A/C in each room, which is perfect for warm nights. The host was very polite and we will definitely book the house again next time we visit the island!

It is just a short, level walk to the main square in Argostoli where many bars and restaurants are located. The accommodation is close to the bus stop to Lassi and the ferry to Lixouri. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large with good storage and there is a covered outdoor eating area with a good size table. The charming outdoor space wraps around the back and sides of the house and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

It is worth being aware that the two double beds have very firm mattresses and the single bed in one of the bedrooms is a daybed with a softer mattress. It would be very useful to have an information folder in the accommodation with instructions on how to use the washing machine and cooker and some basic local information for visitors who have not previously visited Kefalonia and/or Argostoli.

Very good location just a minute walk from center. Big rooms, comfy, has a garden aswell. Perfect for family or 2 couples. Well spend money definitely would recommend
