Beautiful decorated inside, nicely kept gardens, surrounded by jungle. Kitchen to prepare food.

The dirt track leading to the house was challenging to navigate on scooter after the extreme wet weather.

It is a lovely location, done up beautifully and surely a great place to invite friends back to for a hang-out and very private for a couple. Near Retro Mountain club if that's your kinda thing.

Stayed a week, unfortunately the owners were not getting on so there was either uncomfortable bad vibes or no-one around. They were not unfriendly, I'm sure another time would be lovely. I think it would be wrong of me to give less than 7 because of 1 bad week. For me, although it's very private, there's also a little lack of privacy - although I would assume no-one would come and look through the glass doors as it's tucked away under the house, it's easily possible to see straight into the bed from outside which didn't feel great for me. There was also building works every single day for most of the day so if you're planning on being there a lot in the daytime, suggest you check with owners first. It would have been nice to talk to me about these problems at some point or even afterward but I guess they were having too bad a time of it. The last 100m of road might be tricky for a novice scooter driver in the dark after a few drinks.

The house is really quiet and in the nature .It is in Bantai village. but need to rent a bike to get there or everywhere . the studio has a kitchen and other equipment in the same room, but we didn't really use it.

The bathroom has weird smell due to the window is connected to the outdoor and it didn't get cleaned at all. Through the whole 6 days stay, they don't offer any cleaning. the ceiling of the room is not high. The rural roads leading to the home stay is really bumpy. It requires very careful motorbiking skills.

- friendly & helpful staff - the bungalow is very comfy and even has an own kitchen - you can see the stars very well because there is almost no light polution during night

- location is in the jungles and can be little tricky to reach - especially with motorbike or/and by night

We had a nice homestay experience. The location is great. The stunning Apichada viewpoint is just a short motorbike ride away, and the village is easily accessible within minutes. Evenings were particularly peaceful with the soothing sounds of nature. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and featured a comfortable bed. The hosts were very kind, with the lady even providing a special herb oil to help alleviate my sickness.

The only drawback was daytime construction noise on the property, which didn't bother us as we spent most of our time outside. However, it might be essential information for those who value a quiet daytime.
