Small cozy place at the canal, lovely experience

There was no bath soap and the kettle was not clean from the previous guests, rest was perfect

Everything was fine. A great quiet place near the centre of Giethoorn. We've enjoyed our trip and would pick this apartment again.

The property is clean and comfortable. The owner reached out to us with instructions on how to access, and she was easy to reach in case of questions. There were bikes available for use for free, which we felt was a great initiative!

I liked the view, the small apartment.

No complaints.

Clean place and very warm as we visited in December and outside was almost snowing. Always hot water in the shower and bikes (for free) under the stairs for your easiest transportation as the location of the house is not in the center.

There wasn't a stove or a kitchen really. Only a microwave so if you want to go for longer vacations you have to eat most of your meals outside. No windows that you can open only the door.

Nice and clean room. Fully equipped. Good location and nice view from balcony. Free parking and bicycle to ride around the area.

This was a room on top of a house with a small balcony facing a canal. Parking directly in front. There is a small grassy area next to the building where the dog could run around a bit. Directly next to a restaurant but there were no facilities other than the coffee maker in the room and a parking space.

There is an outdoor staircase leading up to the room. The stairs are a bit steep, and there are large holes on each step, I assume they are there to keep water from building up and freezing. The dog (a Labrador) had problems with the stairs particularly while descending. A paw was caught coming down once, and once the dog needed to be carried. The television only had TV in Dutch, no CNN or BBC.
