"Avoid, not good customer service at all."

The email from booking .com was blank with no checkin info, we slept in the car. We were refunded for the night in the car but no compensation, not interested at all. I was told we should have call the emergency number that was in the email, the whole issue is that the email was blanc so no checkin info, no info what so ever.

Bad customer service i have emailed 4 times and called on 3 separate dates with no reply email and no return call after being told we will call you back, rude on the phone. I've waited weeks before leaving any feedback to give the host chance to try and resolve the issue, they don't care. Avoid.

Outside bin were full to max, and few loose bits in the house such kitchen drawer etc. nothing major
