Good location,comfortable beds, well equipped.

Bathroom layout a bit restrictive. Downstairs bathroom had en-suite with handheld shower over bath so not good for guests with mobility issues. We stripped beds on last day and found a very stained quilt and a stained mattress cover. Cleaning could be a little bit better.
